- I called my mum earlier in the afternoon and she told me that there was an earthquake in the Sichuan province, which was where my dad worked.
Over 12,000 people lost their lives.
About a month ago, he got transferred back to Singapore and both him and Mum moved home.
If the quake had happened a month earlier, there would be a possibility of them losing their lives or getting severely injured.
I'm so thankful that God arranged for their safety, like I ask Him to every time I pray.
Some might view this as a lucky coincidence, but I know He is watching over and taking care of us.
