happy birthday fabian!
- ok i'm going to not bother about caps or punctuation cos i am so damn tired!
this week was so hellish.
i've been mildly sick since the week before and it got worse when monday came.
blowing my nose non stop and i couldnt sleep well cos i couldn't breathe properly.
on average i had 3-4 hours worth of sleep each night and i went to work like a zombie.
this morning i woke up late.
work starts at 9 and i woke up at 830.
thank goodness it's saturday and i could just grab anything to wear.
i practically ran all the way to the office. (yea it's walking distance from home)
then i almost fell asleep keying in all my incidents for friday cos the programme died on me then.
at one point, i think i went cross-eyed.
facing the computer all day sucks.
but in this day and age, which office job doesnt require that?
i bumped into brandon and he was waiting for his friend so he ran around with me running errands.
the exchange rate for aud is now at 1.26 but money changers are still not going lower than 1.3
WHY WHY WHY.
ok anyway, i headed home.
on the way i met an old grandma who lost her way.
she wanted to visit her granddaughter but the granddaughter didnt have time to pick her up so she went on her own.
i will never let my grandma go through this kind of trouble.
the least she could've done is call a cab to bring her granny over safely.
so poor thing.
at home, i was super tired.
i had lunch in front of the tv, watching friends and i dozed off halfway.
i think i've watched too much of friends that it isn't necessary to stay awake anymore.
woke up to realise that i was late meeting the girls to shop for fabian's present!
in the end i told persis i will meet her at raffles mrt at 8pm but was freaking late too
i'm so so sorry girls!
i promise i will add "be punctual" to my new year's resolution and work on it.
anyway, we had dinner at timbre to celebrate fabian's birthday.
old man he is. hahaha!
the girls had so much fun grilling him.
and when the live band performed, they sang a birthday song to him AND made him sing too!
i forgot the title of the song but he was really good. could memorize all the words.
and i thought one of the band members was cute. ha.
later we had the hardest time trying to move everyone from the entrance of timbre to just anywhere else.
so after waiting around for a long long time, persis alex and i started walking and they followed.
but just as we thought we got everyone moving, we realised the three of us were walking alone and no one was behind.
took the train home with persis alex andrew n james (they caught up later) - the easterners.
oh yea james is in town!
and he'll be in town for a very long time.
seeing him in singapore feels weird.
just like how hanging out with dan in singapore felt funny too.
but anyway, welcome to singapore james and hope you have fun with your larger group of dota friends!
hahaha!
alright, my eyelids are so so heavy now i wish i could shut my eyes and type.
but no because my typing skills arent fantastic and words will probably turn out like this:
my eyesare shut as i type this.
ok not so bad but time for bed.
