I don't like you Citibank!
Firstly, how can you not have at least one ATM in each major city?
And the ATMs which you claim to have are located in suburban shopping centre when you have a big office building smacked in the city. Those ATMs are apparently "just another normal bank's and not exactly Citibank's ATM machines so there might be a transaction fee".

Secondly, your 24-hour helpline is more like a hell-line cos getting help is as annoying as hell. There are too many stupid options and your system does not recognize any option I choose or button I press.

Thirdly, you allocate two Relationship Managers, a Treasury Consultant and an Investment Consultant to "serve" me but two are on leave, another is away from her desk and the other line gets connected to the "Citigold Executives" line automatically.

Fourth, your so-called "Citigold Executives" line has no one on the other end. So people are supposed to call just to hear lovely 'wait' music?

Fifth, you promote internet banking but make it so damn difficult to get access. Your team would rather courier me a letter with my password than to sms me on my overseas line.

Sixth, Citibank is a global brand which makes it supposedly simple for customers to transact anywhere in the world but no, it is not the case at all.
Let's not even go into transactions. Your Customer Service team in Perth cannot even tell me the fee for using my Citicard on another bank's ATM, or whether I can use my Citicard on a foreign NETS-like system. Apparently, I have to call Singapore for that bit of information.

Seventh, your Singapore Customer Service team cannot tell me either!

Enough said. I am so frustrated!
