And thus, we wrap up our weekend.
- I hate Sunday nights.
That's because I always feel that my weekend has gone to waste.
I love my weekends here.
It starts on Friday cos I have no classes!
Actually, come Thursday night you'll find me enjoying the weekend already.
Anyway, I woke up bright and early today.
9.30am. Quite bright and early.
Bathed and missed breakfast.
Did laundry with Char.
And I think I will start bathing in the day instead of at night!
Cos everytime I wake up, my hair tangles up and it's very embarrassing to walk around college with tangly hair.
Another plus point is that I won't have to worry about Mr Sensor going off on me halfway through my bath and leaving me in darkness.
Of course, this would mean that I will have to wake up earlier, which may also be a good thing cos this way, I won't miss breakfast so much.
Ok, it's settled then! Yay!
Char and I then started on our Consumer Behaviour project.
Our topic is "... the difference in Consumer Knowledge in Australia, Korea and Japan..."
Aiyo.
I can hardly tell a Jap and a Korean guy apart, even when they start talking, what more their consumption knowledge???
Anyhow, it was real quick and we proceeded with our readings.
I was reading this article on water consumption.
It's funny how I hate geography to hell but I love knowing about people's lifestyle changes affected geographically.
Like people start moving upstream because they want fresher water supply or crap like that.
It's logical stuff like these that I enjoy reading about.
But in all its logic and whatsoever grace, I hate the subject.
Tried it in secondary school and in JC and never liked it.
I guess it's interesting to learn about, but when it involves an exam, I'm hopeless.
I think I contradicted myself quite a few times up there so please ignore.
We gave up reading half an hour prior to lunch.
And time seemed to pass SO slowly.
It didn't help that lunch on Sundays are half an hour later.
But it was quite nice.
We got something which I assume is Beef Rendang and yellow rice and Poppadum! POPPAdum! PoppaDUM!
After lunch, Char and I decided to continue reading Cons Behaviour and we found a condusive study environment!
The piano room!
I'm quite picky about study places and I cannot overstudy in one particular place. Must keep moving.
Same with my room, must keep moving furniture about cos I get bored.
Oh yes, before I forget, Char we were supposed to move your table around!
ANYWAY, I managed to get quite a bit done.
The best part, Char playing the piano!
I love piano music! Hearing it makes me wish over and over again I had did not stop halfway.
Oh wells.
Mass at 545pm, where Char and I were late but not as late as the last time we went for Sunday mass. (We have been going for Saturday masses during the past few weeks).
I couldn't stop giggling cos Sheng was throwing over funny expressions.
Then during one part of the Eucharistic prayer, Cheryl went forward to ask Ryan Mitchell to control the light switches.
She reached for his shoulder blades and gently moved her hand downwards to his waist, as if he was a cat asking to be stroked.
Char and I caught each other's shocked and disgusted expressions and giggled silently. And I think she heard it cos she was standing right in front of us. =P
As I was moving forward in the Communion queue, I was singing You Are My All in All to help prevent from laughing.
Moving nearer up front I could feel my cheeks flushing and swelling, just itching to laugh.
Then I felt as if I was just gonna burst when Arthur put the hose on my sweater sleeve cos it was too long and came up to half my palm.
Hahaha!
Walking back to my seat, I had to suck in my cheeks to prevent from laughing.
I went back and knelt to pray, trying not to look at Char or Sheng.
And the laughter bug died.
Prayer helps.
Dinner was good!
Fried rice and some roasted potato.
I love my carbohydrates! Potato rocks!
And now, my Sunday is almost breathing its last.
I still have tonnes of readings to catch up on, and a few tutorials I have not touched.
Oh, the very thought of it makes me feel like sleeping.
But it's alright, the week passes very fast and my early weekend will be here once again, in four days.
See you soon, Thursday night!
